We use Logistic Regression to fine-tune more than 20 input parameters with initial set of around 780 human gameplays. We will start the game with randomly generated board using these pre-set parameters, and further adjust the configuration by Reinforcement Learning based on the style of each individual’s gameplay. If you would like to learn more about how these algorithms work, here’s a nice tutorial: http://cs229.stanford.edu/notes/cs229-notes12.pdf
